What We Do

At HeatPressLabs we Use Various styles to Provide the best Quality Possible

DTF PRINTING

DTF (Direct to Film) printing involves printing the design onto a special film using inkjet technology and then transferring the design onto the fabric using heat and pressure. The film is coated with a special adhesive that allows it to stick to the fabric, and the heat and pressure cause the ink to transfer onto the fabric. DTF printing can be used on a wide variety of fabrics including cotton, polyester, and blends

Sublimation

Sublimation printing involves transferring dye onto the fabric using heat and pressure. The design is printed onto special transfer paper using dye-based ink and then transferred onto the fabric using a heat press. The heat and pressure cause the ink to turn into a gas, which then permeates the fibers of the fabric, resulting in a long-lasting, vibrant print.

Million Dollar Question

So, which printing method is better for custom shirts? It ultimately depends on your specific needs and preferences. If you want a vibrant, long-lasting print on lighter color custom UPF performance shirt, sublimation printing is the way to go. If you need to print on a wider variety of fabrics, if you need to print in white, or if you want a darker or black colored custom UPF performance shirt, DTF printing is the better choice.
